Aqua Smash is orange and has blue, red and green sensors inside it. Users will score points by touching the sensors while sliding down. At the end they will push a button and a score will be registered. It’s not just the points that contribute to the score – the sliding speed will also play a part, to produce a unique overall score for everyone. Who will set the best score of the day?
Slide Champ is red – it’s the speed slide! The tube is sized so that users have to lie down. The clock starts when the user starts off, and as they speed down the tube, the daylight rings get closer together until the user splashes out of the tube. There’ll be a chance to check times on the digital score board.
Clip N Climb
A stunning series of climbing based activities that provide healthy, challenging fun for everyone. Perfect for ages 4 to 84, children can visit and climb unaccompanied from age 11+
Test resolve and determination on the Big Cheese, reach new heights on the Skyscraper, take the Speed Climbing challenge or light up the board on the Checkerplate.
Child Swimming Admissions Policy
The purpose of the Child Admission Policy is to help safeguard that group of pool users who are historically most at risk of drowning in swimming pools. In the majority of drowning of children in swimming pools, the absence of parental attention has been found to be a key factor.
All children under the age of 8 must be supervised throughout their visit to the pool by an adult in the water with them. An adult is a responsible person aged 16 years or older.
In the main pool, an adult can only supervise 1 child under the age of 4, or 2 children aged between 4 and 7 years old.
In a learner pool, 1 adult can supervise up to 2 children under the age of 8 at any one time (only applicable at sites which have learner pools).
